Hi, I’m Hilda — founder of Buds Helping Buds.
I began my cannabis career on the front lines at one of the North Shore’s first medical dispensaries, working the register, supporting the front desk, and jumping in wherever the team needed help. That’s where I discovered my passion for inventory — the systems, the accuracy, the problem‑solving, and the responsibility that keeps a cannabis operation running smoothly.
As the industry expanded, so did my role. I moved into inventory full‑time, supporting additional locations and helping teams strengthen their workflows. Over the years, I worked across Massachusetts — from the North Shore to Greater Boston, the Merrimack Valley, and Western MA — gaining hands‑on experience in retail, cultivation, production, and distribution. That broad exposure gave me a deep understanding of how cannabis businesses operate across very different markets and municipalities.
My journey eventually led me to Lowell, where I served as Director of Inventory & Logistics, overseeing operations, training staff, building systems, and troubleshooting the kinds of challenges only someone who has worked every step of the process can truly understand.
After years of supporting individual teams, I stepped down to do this work on a larger scale. Today, Buds Helping Buds exists to help operators, small businesses, and new professionals build clarity, confidence, and sustainable systems — no matter where they are in their journey.
