Hi, I’m Hilda!
I started my professional journey as an educator, passionate about continuous learning and making a positive impact on my community. When cannabis legalization opened new doors in Massachusetts, I saw an exciting opportunity to combine my love for education with this emerging industry.
Since earning my master’s certification from Cannabis Training University in 2016, I’ve been deeply involved in helping cannabis businesses master inventory management. My career has taken me from front desk receptionist to Director of Inventory & Logistics — gaining hands-on experience across six Massachusetts companies and ten locations, including retail, cultivation, distribution, and production.
